These terms explain the basic conditions for using the Ashley Stanfill Events website and requesting information about event planning support.

Website use

The website provides general information about Ashley Stanfill Events, corporate event planning services, event coordination, RSVP, guest check-in, vendor communication, and onsite support. Website content is informational and does not create a service agreement by itself.

Inquiries and proposals

Submitting an inquiry does not obligate ASE to accept the engagement and does not obligate the visitor to hire ASE. A planning engagement is created only when the parties agree to written terms, scope, fees, payment requirements, and responsibilities.

Event costs and planning fees

Planning and coordination fees are separate from venue, catering, rentals, entertainment, AV, décor, travel, production, and other event costs unless a written agreement states otherwise. Estimated event costs are not final vendor quotes unless expressly identified as such.

Accuracy of information

Visitors are responsible for providing accurate event details, contact information, dates, venue status, guest counts, budget context, and decision timing. ASE relies on the information provided when evaluating fit and recommending next steps.

No guarantee of availability

Availability, vendor pricing, venue availability, staffing, and timelines can change. ASE does not guarantee availability or results unless specifically stated in a written agreement.
